New Client Information

Thank you for your interest in partnering with me to achieve your fitness goals. I recommend a 3 – session, “Get To Know You”  for new clients, so that we can decide if I am the person you need to help you achieve your fitness goals. In addition to starting your exercise program, part of this package is assessing your current health, eating habits, discussing your long-term fitness goals, and what kind of program needs to be developed to help you attain those goals.  This introductory package to get you on the road to being strong and healthy through fitness is only $95.

After this, we will determine how frequently we need to meet in order for you to achieve your goals. I train clients in 30-minute, 45-minute, and one hour sessions which cost $30, $45, and $60 respectively.

I also encourage clients to train with a friend in a dual training session. This reduces the cost per person, and provides some friendly competition and accountability. Dual training sessions are $40 (30min), $50 (45 min), and $70 (60 min) split between the two of you. If you would also like an option for 3 or more people, contact me for pricing.
