In my 20+ years of working in the fitness industry, I’ve had a diverse background of clients. My clients’ ages range from their 20’s to their 90’s. I am a mother of five, so I know a little about how to get off that tough “baby weight”, as well as juggling personal fitness with work and family. I’ve worked with clients one-on-one, taught fitness classes including Step Aerobics, cycling, and Bootcamps. I enjoy training in small groups of 2 to 8 people in areas like Tabata, TRX, and other programs. I’ve given exercise lectures in hospital and business settings. I am insured through Philadelphia Insurance and am current on my continuing education courses to maintain my certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. In short, my diverse experience and extensive education in fitness allows me to connect with a wide range of clients who need help attaining their fitness goals.
