Each Tabata Express class will be slightly different, but the 30 minutes will be divided into four-minute intervals (the extra 2 minutes covers transitions between exercises). Each exercise will follow a 20 second work/10 second rest process.

These are body-weight exercises and the minimal equipment that will be used will be provided. Bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel. Warm up on your own before class.
