Tabata Express

A favorite of Tara McDaniel Fitness clients is the Tabata Express Class.  Tabata is a high-energy interval training system that combines cardio and strength training, and a strategy to use time in the gym efficiently. The movements are not choreographed, so they are easily learned and training in this manner has proven to burn calories for hours after the workout session. This class format is a small group and is only 30 minutes in length.

The cost is $12 per class, but if you pay for an entire session ahead of time, the cost reduces to $10 per class. Sessions range from 6 to 8 weeks typically.
